The 2013 Lincoln MKZ concept has impressed Laird Noller Topeka since the concept's unveiling at this year's North American International Auto Show. And, recent rumors have filled us with anticipation for the luxury automaker to debut the production model at the upcoming 2012 New York Auto Show.
What rumors have we heard? A seriously disguised version of the luxury sedan was recently captured on camera. Since the 2013 Lincoln MKZ concept has already been debuted, we have a strong inkling Lincoln has a surprise in store for us.
Everything from the front-end, to the doors, and even its trunk have been covered in black matte material to conceal its distinguishing features. And while the material did a decent job hiding most of the vehicle's nuances, there are a few that it simply couldn't block from our site. First and foremost being the vehicle's entire presence. From what we can tell it looks as though the luxury sedan has become fiercer during it's concept to production transformation. It's taller, wider, and features a hood that slopes down less. What didn't Lincoln change? Lincoln kept the concept's original horizontal lines on the luxury sedan's front-end grille. And, we are very happy the luxury automaker didn't get rid of the lines, because simply can't get enough of them!
Yes, Lincoln could be saving the 2013 Lincoln MKZ production model's unveiling for another event, but either way Laird Noller Topeka serving the greater Topeka area is filled with suspense to see what Lincoln has in store for the New York Auto Show.
