I was under the impression I would be notified when parts come in for a recall after I initially ask and are unavailable. I didn't think I would continually have to ask until they are available for order. Just inquiring because I may not understand the process.

I was in and out in no time. I was told a 1 1/2 hr wait, but was out in 45 min. Everyone I had contact with was very curtious and friendly.

Everything went well. Cordaryl was an exceptional representative of your company as well as the young gentleman who helped us with our paperwork (sorry I don't recall his name) We came in to ask a question, and left with a brand new 3 year lease. Way to take car of business Ford!

Excellent customer service in the showroom and service areas. Hot beverage machine in waiting area is amazing! Read everything, or you might sign and be obligated to pay for expensive, and sometimes useless, dealer add-ons. Great experience!

They were all very courteous and very prompt. I had another appointment and they had my vehicle completed in plenty of time to get to the appointment.

My last visit was fine. Another one in March with another of my vehicles left me with a couple of complaints. I purchased a set of Michelin tires at a cost of more than $1,100 including front alignment and was told by the Laird Noller service guy 2 things that proved not to be true: (1) the tire purchase would add value to my Ford rewards account, and (2) the purchase would qualify for a $70 rebate from Michelin. I received no points on my rewards account, and Michelin denied my rebate request. It's disappointing to be told 2 incorrect things by the service guy on a single transaction.
